Testing 

Testing was carried out by:

  • The Building Research Establishment (BRE) - UK.
  • The Centre for Timber Technology and Construction (TRADA).
  • Chiltern International Fire Centre.
  • Initial LANTAC approval was also received in April 2004, confirmed in July 2004.

All testing and reports were issued by BRE and TRADA, allowing structure build for three and a half storeys, or four storeys ensuring the attic is a room in the roof. Higher structures are easily achievable by having a structural engineer sign off the plans and our panels are easily incorporated into other systems as infill panels.
